Member Support Specialist (CSR)
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Rate: $25/hr

Description
- Customer service-oriented, retail background appreciated
- Member service experience, technique systems
- Technical experience: 5-6 different systems (navigate through multiple systems)
- Grabbing cases and picking them from the queues
- Queues will be from email, email cases will come from customers
- 5-6 phone calls a day, leads to 70/week
- Need to work on Sat/Sun required will get days off during the week.
