Client Design seeks an energetic, customer-focused individual to join their technical training team.
Our training strategy is based on providing flexible resources both from a timing standpoint and from a curriculum standpoint. This resource will be required to work with the project manager and other subject matter experts to develop and deliver courseware as needed in format that best fits the needs of the customer. Notice for existing courses to be taught can be as short as one week. Development time for new classes will be worked out between the resource and the project manager. All training materials will become the property of client.
This position is primarily responsible for developing, optimizing and delivering strategic system and defined process training materials for delivery both virtually and in person. Examples of topics include data management direction, targeted process topics, or new technology integration, etc.
Principle Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver targeted topic training using various media, including web-based, instructor-led, video and job aids
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to validate content and messaging of required classes
Willing to adapt the tools to GM Design Center processes
Willing to learn and teach other GM specific design related tools
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
