Our client is looking for a MS UX Designer who will carry out a Product UX Design role, extending the UX shell to a new service within applied AI.
Scope of Activity:
- Refine what has been applied to the studio plus 2 to 3 new features
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback
- Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces
- Plan and run user tests and other design research to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve and refine design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints
- Help build out design processes, tools, and culture
- Design and prototype elegant solutions
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand through its visual touchpoints
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of industry experience and strong digital design work experience
- Minimum of MA / MS in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction or a related field, OR significant industry experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Figma (Primary), Adobe Creative Suite, InVision and other industry-standard tools
- Previous experience with Microsoft and solid understanding with Azure Platform
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Software
- Familiar with common controls and has worked in software development and design
- Understanding of interaction design principles
- A strong command of contemporary design tools
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative approach
- Communicate effectively in oral, written, and visual forms for the proper audiences, while taking into account the business, products, and stakeholder contexts
Portfolio Required:
- Must Show: problem solving where you had full ownership of the problem and solution
- Showcase experience across a range of design approaches
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently
