Onboarding Compliance and Incentive Operations Project Manager
18 months contract (working remote)

The FastTrack Ready Program is seeking to engage a vendor to assist onboarding partners, managing partner compliance and payment operations. This role will split time between the Enhance Partner Experience and Payment Operations teams. This role will help manage partner programs and engage across different teams.

  • Be an active member of both teams, attending team meetings and one-on-ones
  • Interface with various teams and business owners to address questions and issues raised by program partners
  • Collaborate with partners, program team, FastTrack Partner Managers and other teams as needed to research and address questions and issues

Enhance Partner Experience responsibilities

  • Execute Onboarding, Nominations, Compliance activities and Offboarding for all approved partners with follow up, troubleshooting, providing guidance, and systems updates
  • Contribute to the evolution of Enhance Partner Experience processes, procedures, workflows and automation options
  • Support new program implementation, process and workflow creation and activities

Payment Operations responsibilities

  • Become an SME in the MPX managed incentive programs space, collaborating in the incentive payment dispute processes:
    • Researching and analyzing telemetry and payment data to make decisions on payment exceptions
    • Communicating resolutions to partners
    • Working independently to identify and implement solutions for standard concerns, escalating when necessary, proposing solutions to team for complex issues
  • Collaborate in the management of Partner Support cases
    • Research and analyze partner support inquiries related to payment, incentive details, statement access, etc
    • Communicating resolutions to partners
  • Collaborate in the financial systems onboarding of partners to the FRP program and those programs supported by FRP
    • Own all financial / incentive-based onboarding activities to include Payment Central profile initiation and Partner Admin setup
  • Identify process and system enhancements to create efficiency and improve data integrity
  • Special projects as capacity allows
  • Qualifications:
    • Good time management and ability to prioritize
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong proficiency in process and workflow creation and simplification
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software (specifically Visio and Project in addition to Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
    • Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision
    • Great interpersonal skills to be able to successfully communicate with various stakeholders and audiences
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of the FastTrack program, FastTrack approach and able to articulate the value of FastTrack.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 product suite.
    • 3+ years of working directly with Microsoft Partners in the delivery of Microsoft cloud services.
    • PMP or similar project management certification
