Payroll Supervisor - Contract-to-Hire - OnSite at Vaco Resources

As a Contract-to-Hire Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight and functioning of all aspects of the payroll, tax reconciliations, process improvements, and filings.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Supporting team in performance of payroll processing and reconciliation of payroll taxes.
• Supervising 2 team members.
• Oversee benefit administration and tax compliance.
• Ensure up to date quality control processes and accurate tax reporting and garnishments.
• Analyzing and implementing process and procedural improvements
• Preparing month-end journal entries and reconcile related balance sheet accounts
• Reviewing expense reports to ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Prior Payroll experience handling 300-500 employees.

As an experienced Payroll Supervisor, your experience with full payroll cycle functions, including tax filings and payroll processing, will make you a successful candidate for this leadership role. Additional requirement of the Payroll Supervisor Contract-to-hire role include: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field • 5 years of experience as a Payroll Manager in a multi-state and multi-unit environment • Experience with ADP, Yardi, or RealPage, preferred • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
