Description:
The Standards & Compliance Mgmt function is the quality management arm of the Revenue Mgmt organization for the Company's Pharmaceutical Segment. This team ensures the use of standard operational and decisioning approaches across the segment and oversees and optimizes correct implementation of pricing decisions in alignment with strategies and commitments within customer agreements. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing price execution guidance to offshore teams, auditing the work of the offshore team, and performing ad hoc pricing reviews, clean-up, and execution requests.
Skills:
- 4+ years in a related field and 2+ years as a supervisor or experience with influencing without the title.
- Track record of achieving results, ability to clearly identify issues and communicate requirements and solutions, excellent critical thinking skills, especially beyond surface level, and outstanding data analysis skills.
- Success in working closely with business and sales leaders and offshore service providers.
- Strong project management skills and personal drive to excel and curiosity to find opportunities to improve processes and team engagement.
- Excellent executive presence coupled with the ability to communicate to all levels and functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Access and SAP solutions.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree required in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Operations, or Project Management.
