Production Helper at Staffmark

Staffmark has 2nd shift production positions available in Bryan at a metal lithography company! Designs are transferred onto flat metal surfaces of products to sell; DVD cases, toys, signs, etc. They are a union shop, and will be in the union after 45 days!

They work 10 hour days, Monday - Thursday. Some Fridays could be mandated, but per the union guidelines, you can only be mandated 50 hours/ week. That means no weekends! Pay increases are offered every 90 days with the right attendance and work ethic. Promotional opportunities are also offered!

Pay rate: $15.31

Shifts: Monday - Thursday no weekends!

2:45 pm-12:45am

Daily Job Duties

As a Production Helper, your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Watching line to make sure the large sheets are running through ovens/machines correctly

  • Ensure parts are stacking/unloading properly

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures

  • Maintain counts on parts 

  • Able to stand for 10 hour shifts
