Responsible to provide oversight and manage program deliverables with a constant focus towards schedule and dependencies. Ensure tasks are delivered on time, manage risks, and manage task interdependencies to ensure critical path completed on time. Manage stakeholder relationships. Develop and deliver change management strategies as needed. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including both internal senior management and external business partners. Effective project management skills are a must. Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and experience in leading an effort that involved organizational change are required. 6+ years of experience in a program management, project management or operations management role is required, 10+ years preferred .
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with project teams to align roadmaps with IT strategies to ensure future potential.
- Performs financial and resource forecasting and planning.
- Provides management support to vendor and Client resources.
- Develop relationships across groups and vendors to deliver comprehensive programs.
- Designs and implements program and project management processes and standards.
- Generally oversees a group of vendor and Client resources.
- Provides overall coordination of projects from initiation through delivery.
- Ensures individual project schedules and budgets match that of the overall program and projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Establishes effective communication with other departments and projects in order to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and effective manner.

- Participates in negotiation of requirements and requirements changes.
