System One is actively seeking a Project Controls Sr Associate for a contract position.
Project Controls Sr Associate Responsibilities:
- Advanced entry level position assigned to scheduling
- Professional will split time each week between project sites in Ft Myers (Fort Myers Power Plant) and West County Energy Center
- Supporting subcontractor planning, 1 and 3 week look aheads, ownership of master project schedule (Excel based), and supporting weekly/monthly reporting
- Under appropriate supervision, performs routine project controls assignments according to training, capability and experience
- In addition to performing duties as assigned, this position is primarily focused on seeking responsibility in the areas of scheduling, costing, and concepts related to the industry technology and project management
- Understand the company's functional organizations and interfaces
- Understand constructability concepts
- Assists with project forecasting
- Scheduling: Assists in preparation of summary schedule
- Leads schedule management for construction scope
- Prepares and maintains productivity reports
- Supports change management
- Individual contributor with no subordinates
Project Controls Sr Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with scheduling, strong Excel skills and strong communication skills (preferred)
Duration: Contract
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Rate: $55-62/hr.
