Senior Project Managers in the Heavy Manufacturing industry might be interested in joining this existing team to work onsite with our local client. This long-term contract / temporary to full-time employment opportunity is based in the Lansdale, Pennsylvania area. As Senior Project Manager, you could manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. Your responsibilities in this role
- Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials
- Work in close cooperation and communicates with technical team members, designers, stakeholders, and developers
- Programs and administers the sprint planning and grooming meetings and routes ticket assignments
- Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line
- Offers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, project status, and risk assessments
- Adheres and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner
- Sets out schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product
- Foster the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products
- Indicates project with reliable ticket workflows and boards
- Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused
- Masters deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops
- Comes together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects
- Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies
- In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap
- Closely cooperating with the Product Owner/Product Manager, QA Manager, Business Analyst, and Product Specialist
- Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively
- Supervises project planning
- See to it that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met
- Engages with Product Owner/Product Manager to double check that the product vision and high-level business objectives are transparent and obtainable
- Be of help to classify, manage, identify risk for functional improvement requests- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- The person in this position should be flexible and focused
- Applicants should have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs
- Microsoft SQL experience
- This position will be the best fit for a candidate with a Project Management (PMP) certification
- If you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, you can succeed in this position
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
- Applicants should have proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools
- Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
- Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
