- Experience in Financial domain necessary; Capital Markets is preferred
- LOAN IQ experiance is required
- Experience with Manual testing is preferre
- Problem/issue investigation and resolution
- Good communication skills
- Both written as well as verbal
- Experience of working in Agile
- Ensure quality in underwriting mortgage loan files
- Gather documents required for loan underwriting
- Extending credit through consumer loans
- Ensure that meet underwriting guidelines
- Interpret company underwriting guidelines and make sound credit decision
- Evaluate credit information on mortgage loan documents to determine acceptability for specific loan programs
- Ensure that meet underwriting guidelines
- Develop and maintain specialized knowledge of consumer loan underwriting
- Analyzing loan packages to deliver valid credit decisions
- Perform full review of mortgage loans in accordance with underwriting and investor guidelines
- Assist with loan review audits
- Discuss loan decisions, and review of loan applications and structures/rules
- Review and evaluate consumer loan applications sent to review for credit decisions
- Prepare application and underwriting documents for auxiliary loan programs
- Ensure that meet the underwriting guidelines
- Attend monthly loan review meetings
- Understanding underwriting decisions and conditions
- Maintain complete knowledge of underwriting guidelines
- Evaluate and properly documents decisions on loan applications
- Analyze and approve loan applications within authorized guidelines
