Role: Real Estate Specialist/Site Acquisition Specialist
Projects to be worked: Modifications to Macro Sites, including 5G, CUP & Lease Renewals, Carrier Adds.
Consultant scope:
- Required to work in multiple systems – FUZE/Sitetraker and forecasting must be very accurate for milestone tasks. Manage project reports.
- Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team.
- Responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition, SD PM, legal, and A&E vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
Note: This position is based in southern California and the candidates must be in market, or willing to relocate to start the assignment. Remote for now.
