Classification: Receptionist
Compensation: $17.00 to $19.00 hourly

Your responsibilities in this role
- Managing all incoming phone calls
- Submit orders for office and kitchen supplies
- Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
- Welcoming visitors
- Manage various office files and provide general office filing support
- Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
- Assist other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
- Manage various office files and provide general office filing support- Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
- High attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele
- Meeting coordination and planning experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with Receptionist Duties
- Command of Slack
- In-Person Meetings experience highly desired
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
- Strong customer service and office administrative skills
- Strong organization skills
