- A mix of account management/recruiting experience
- Recruiting experience/HR experience - HR people who came from recruiting background
Responsibilities:
- Very fast-paced environment.
- Technical/non-technical full-cycle recruiting.
- Managing requirements, influencing decisions, etc. (account management skills), extend offers, source candidates (gets done less when requirementsare posted), negotiate with candidates. Communicating with hiring managers, contractors, etc.
