Our large, well-established, manufacturing client located in Ontario, CA is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter. This is a great opportunity that offers growth opportunities! This position is fast-paced and supports markets across North America.
Bilingual Recruiter Compensation
- Pay: $27-$29 an hour, convert at $60,000+ (DOE)
- Opportunity: Contract-to-hire
Bilingual Recruiter Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for assigned positions
- Full cycle recruiting – open to sourcing, calling, lining up interviews with hiring managers, offer letter, drug test and background
- Work closely with HR Director
- Typical day is -60% sourcing and interviewing and calling candidates; 10% data entry; 30% onboarding – background and paperwork
- Supporting 10-12 locations
Bilingual Recruiter Qualifications
- 1+ year of recruiting experience
- Must be bilingual – English and Spanish
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Personable and friendly
- Great communication
