Description
- Partner with clients & hiring managers to scope hiring needs and execute hiring plans once they have been determined
- Responsible for full life cycle recruiting and development of excellent relations with Business Partners and candidates
- Partner with senior hiring managers and high level candidates through the recruitment process
- Ability to develop relationships among HR colleagues,, key business partners, and other functional groups
- Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
- Leverage in-house systems and influence hiring managers on candidate's skills
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates
Profile
- Work for technology companies or financial service firms
- Proven experience influencing senior business partners when challenges arise
- Self-directed independent individual who can work collaboratively in a team environment
- Extensive experience with applicant tracking system
- Bachelors degree completed
- Ability to work remote through 2022
