- 3 years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment
- Strong experience working with Boolean search strings
- Experience sourcing candidates through a variety of job boards, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ClearanceJobs.com
- A history of recruiting for roles in the engineering space: Electrical, Systems, Software, Manufacturing, or Industrial
- Experience working with an internal ATS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Highly response and detail oriented with a self-starter attitude
- Dedication and commitment to operational disciplines
- Must have previous experience recruiting in a professional environment where it is required to communicate with both internal and external executives (verbal and written)
- Experience managing a large volume of open requisitions across multiple executive level stakeholders
