They are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join their team and help with their career site.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Partnering with internal business units to find, develop, and deliver stories related to our employer value proposition to be shared across social media and internal blogs
- Partnering with our marketing team as you develop recruitment marketing material for social media
- Developing and maintaining career site material that will help us attract talent across the globe
- Creating and implementing strategies for building, segmenting, and engaging our talent communities
- Staying current and forward-thinking on digital marketing products, tools and platforms, best practices and use within the competitive landscape
