SALES ASSISTANT at Synerfac

The Sales Assistant will perform various sales support functions including maintaining databases, data entry, order expediting, purchasing, contract administrating and basic receptionist functions. Responsibilities include:

- Order entry

- Reviewing open order reports

- Scheduling and expediting orders

- Purchasing

- Basic receptionist functions

Requirements:

- High school diploma

- Previous experience with customer service or sales support

- Strong phone skills

- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
