Experis, a Manpower Group company has an exciting contract opportunity for a Senior DevOps Engineer role at Smithfield, RI. This position is a 6 -12+ month contract for one of our key clients, a global Financal Company.

Job Responsibilities:
What are the NICE to have skills (what is your team willing to teach the person)?
- Strong EKS Administrator and deployment experience would be nice to have, but they are willing to take light experience with that tool.
The Expertise You Have
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5+ years of experience in a DevOps role
- Strong systems administration expertise
- Experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, ECS and similar effective
- Pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing the following stack or similar
- GIT, Jenkins, Maven, JUnit, Docker, JMeter, Artifactory, Sonar, Vericode, Kubernetes
- Monitoring automation systems such as CloudWatch and Datadog or Splunk. Datadog preferred.
- AWS Certified preferred

- Ability to effectively collaborate in an agile team
- Willingness to share on-call support rotation with your product team
- Understanding of networking infrastructure and protocols
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving
