Senior Project Management Advisor at ICONMA

· SRO is currently seeking 1 individuals to fill the role of a project manager responsible for leading enterprise cross functional projects. This position requires excellent organization sills, detailed planning experience and the ability to work under pressure. The SRO project manager will be responsible for working with business owners, application owners and a larger program teams to manage projects in the Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures program.

· This project manager will manage a project in the mergers acquisition & divestiture program. Work with an established team. Prior M&A experience a plus.

· Creating & maintaining the schedule, deliverables and project status.

· Serve as the primary point of contact between the business units, IT and SRO for the project.

· Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.

· Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects

· Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

· Communicating with project stakeholders to keep the project aligned with established goals

· Managing issues & escalations effectively

Requirements

· Working knowledge of IT/Cyber infrastructure

· Experience driving concesis within a team. Following up on action items to completion and serving as a point of contact for the SRO team

· Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

· Performing quality control on the project to maintain the standards expected

· Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed

· Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

· Professional demeanor a must.

· Excellent decision-making skills;

· Prefer a minimum of 5 years of project management experience;

· Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills;
