Senior Technical Recruiter
Our client is a software company in Alpharetta who specializes in creating workforce solutions for companies throughout the U.S.
They are looking for a Sr. Technical Recruiter to help bring on top tier IT professionals.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Independently sourcing and managing technology requisitions
- Building and executing recruiting strategies which include intake calls with internal hiring managers, job description review, candidate assessment, sourcing methodologies, research, candidate development, interviewer preparation and coaching, feedback collection, creation and negotiation of offers, and reference checking
- Creating strong internal and external relationships in the industry in order to build a candidate pipeline for current and future openings
- Consulting with hiring managers on recruitment strategy
- Utilizing passive and direct sourcing techniques, and seeking new methods and innovative solutions, to identify and attract prospective candidates and build talent pipeline
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- 8+ years of experience in technology recruiting senior level professionals; 3+ years of agency recruiting experience
- Proven adviser to hiring managers regarding recruitment plans and execution, candidate assessment and hiring, and market intelligence
- Solid experience sourcing candidates proactively from LinkedIn
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System in a high volume
