The Client' Multimedia Operation Control Centre (MOCC) supports audio and video conference meetings for the firm globally operating 24/7 and 365 days a year.

The team work in a high paced environment supporting hundreds of events every single day. Events can range in complexity from a simple point to point call, up to a Townhall connected to every Client office across the globe.

We also have an internal Audio Bridge providing Operator assistance for calls happening at any time of the day or night

The team acts as a support desk taking queries and resolving issues raised by users anywhere in the world and covering a broad range of multimedia products.

Working in the MOCC team is an opportunity to experience the high paced and dynamic environment of Client. The ability to multitask, think on your feet and maintain a highly professional presence while working in this team will be crucial to your success.

How you will fulfill your potential

Work as a service desk analyst to process multimedia requests such Audio and Video Conferences/events.

Resolve Audio Conference (AC) and Video Conference (VC) booking issues.

Communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients.

Set up, monitor and manage audio & video conferences remotely.

Process email and ticket requests efficiently and in a timely manner.

Act as an audio conference operator for high profile Operator Assisted calls.

Coordinate preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for AV infrastructure

Basic qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills and quality conscious

Ability to adapt to new programs and applications

Technically strong on the Audio and Video equipment & technology

Experience of working in a "hands on" role with Audio Visual products and Video bridges

Works well under pressure

Portrays the highest level of professionalism

Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, upgrade and removal

Ability to have sound judgment in prioritizing tasks accordingly. Must be multi-task oriented

Works well within a team and with clients at all levels

Complies with given standards, policies and procedures

 

Preferred qualifications:

The use of software based web conferencing programs such as Lync, Skype, WebEx, Zoom

Experience operating and troubleshooting on a variety of multimedia /audiovisual hardware and software for at least 2 years

High School Diploma
