Description: The Service Locator Tool (SLT) Manager will manage the planning, implementation and day-to-day oversight of the Maine Service Locator Tool, which allows individuals to identify and access substance use and mental health treatment and recovery services across the state. This position is based out of the Maine Department of Health and Human Services Office of MaineCare Services and will be the primary point of contact with the Service Locator Tool vendor, and multiple state and community stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and operation of the Service Locator Tool.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop work plans, progress status updates and reports for work teams, leadership, stakeholders, and funders, as required
· Supervising the SLT Information Technology Manager
· Build and maintain relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
· Develop and implement the stakeholder outreach and engagement plan
· Collaborate with partners to ensure coordination, and alignment, and increase efficiencies to meet the needs of SLT users.
· Ensure that the SLT's functionality, technical requirements, reporting, analytics, marketing, and outreach activities are implemented as required
Work Experience:
· Experience with the analysis, development, and/or implementation of policy and programs.
· Experience effectively managing projects with diverse stakeholder groups and keeping projects aligned with budget, deadlines, and requirements.
· Knowledge of substance use, mental health and the health care delivery system in Maine and relevant issues facing the health care field
· Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated communication skills
Education
A Bachelor's Degree in Public/Community Health, Health Administration, Health Sciences or Health Education; Public Administration, Government, Social Work, or a closely related field and three (3) years professional experience in the planning, development, coordination and/or evaluation of health programs or services -OR- an equivalent seven (7) year combination of education, training, and experience.
