Requirements
· Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
o Customer Service/Engagement
o Proficient with Excel
o Excellent communication skills person to person, on the phone, and in email correspondence
· Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently or in a team environment, interacting with all levels of the organization.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple activities with varying timelines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
· Create badges and add and remove access on ID badges. Identify any security issues concerning badging and access and notifies proper authorities.
· Provision all access rights associated with facility High Security Areas (HSAs), Data Center, Executive areas, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Corporate Financial Investigations, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Mail Services, IT Security Services War Room, and Check Printing areas.
· Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Customer Service and working with Excel
· Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
