Hours: Varies: open 7am-7pm staggered shifts, possible weekends

  • Provide leadership to customer service representatives, including training and customer problem resolution

  • Assist customers with billing inquires while maintaining outstanding customer service
  • Providing trade ally customer service
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints
  • Communicating and resolving customer inquiries
