This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a System Controls Engineer will include:
- Compensation (Range): 40-44 / hour
- Lead development of new features at the systems engineering level from concept to production and manage feature upgrade and migration plans - Allocate features and functions across electronic modules and subsystems to meet cost, quality and feature performance targets - Develop feature boundary diagrams, feature specifications, feature Failure Mode Avoidance documentation, feature verification plans, etc. - Review existing system designs to find new opportunities for cost and quality improvements - Interact with program teams, core engineers and functional areas to create balanced solutions for competing requirements

Job Requirements
As a System Controls Engineer you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience with Systems Engineering passion for the automobile industry.
- Experience Required: 5 years
- Education Required: BSEE, BSME, BS Systems Eng., or BS in Auto Eng.
- Education Preferred: MS in Engineering, Systems or Controls
