Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: Up to $125K Depending on Experience
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Review project tasks, schedules, and resources and make changes as appropriate
- Measure, track, and evaluate weekly progress against the technical initiative and project plans
- Support review of and report on equipment performance metrics
- Support development of processes flows, templates, and industry communication
- Assist with managing the activities required by the DHS Acquisition Lifecycle Framework (ALF) to establish an acquisition program and effectively handoff to TSA's Acquisition Program Management (APM)
- Prepare and support Ad Hoc Status Reports for projects of interest to Senior Leadership
- Create and update program management related documents, including project schedules, plans, program management reviews, quarterly portfolio reviews, and meeting agendas and minutes
- Assist in development of a comprehensive strategic master plan
Requirements:
- Ability to pass a Public Trust background investigation
- Five years plus experience in supporting similar position
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail focused
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Team player
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Project)
- BA required
