· The People Dev team works to strengthen Client's performance and culture by preparing Client's to successfully navigate their most critical challenges today and in the future.

· The Talent Development Team is a part of Client's People Development organization and supports the accelerated development of Client's leadership talent.
· As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will report to the Talent Development Project Management Lead.
· You will be tasked with executing on a number of key projects, which allow us to deliver seamless operational experiences to our internal and external partners.
· You'll effectively balance highly visible work with a myriad of behind-the-scenes programmatic responsibilities.
· With your passion for operational efficiency and relationship building, you will constantly optimize the day-to-day administration of our program and the client experience, proactively taking the lead on adapting and improving our workflows, processes, and systems.
· Manage coordination of events and new offerings in the VP development space.
· Manage the creation and execution of all vendor management initiatives for external partners and vendors supporting Hub and Talent Development Team initiatives.
· This might include: creating, editing and processing Purchase Orders, SOWs, NDAs and invoice payment tracking.
· Act as primary point of contact for Assessment scheduling for Hub participants.
· Continually optimize operations for effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
· Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
· Bachelor's degree, no specific field needed
· Total years experience in what industry, discipline or responsibility : 3 years relevant work experience in program management, project coordinator and/or related field.
· Able to work autonomously.
· Excellent project management skills, including ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and demands, with attention to detail.
· Strong ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across a variety of audiences.
· Impeccable judgment and ability to handle highly confidential information.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to influence.
Specific Tools or Applications experience:
· All Client tools/applications.
· 4-5 Years of experience Project Management
Desired Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
· Past Client experience.
