· Coordinates training rooms needed for training for the Epic implementation. This includes procurement of devices and logistics for the rooms.
· Assists with establishing training schedules, scheduling, and enrolling employees for classes, and maintaining records of attendee's attendance and proficiency.
· Answers scheduling and rescheduling questions.
· Assists with analysis of class evaluation forms; compiles results for management review.
· Generates, analyzes, and distributes reports.
· Directs class participants, answer questions, and greet customers.
· Prepares classrooms for training sessions; monitors training room supplies; coordinates ordering of supplies.
· Coordinates the copying, binding, etc. of training materials, exercises, evaluation forms, and other documents for classes.
Requirements
· High School diploma required.
· Formal training in a variety of information systems technologies is desirable, including Microsoft applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, etc. and healthcare applications.
· Candidates with primarily an educational background should have information systems or business-related internships or part-time employment experiences.
· Employment experience with the information systems technology mentioned above is desirable.
· Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
