UX Researcher Needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's as a Remote
The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Hands on Experience with Digital/Product Design, UX Design, Design Research
- Must have worked with Digital Product/UX teams
- Tools they should have experience in: UX Research tools, like UserTesting, UserZoom, etc.
- Mural or Miro, or similar tools
What you'll be doing:
- Credit Card Design team will be focusing on these key initiatives:
- Affluent Market Segment Product Design - building a new credit card product and services that appeal to the affluent market
- Member Declined Transaction experience - researching and mapping the current experience and how we can improve the experience our members have when their card is declined
- Balance Transfer - Improving the experience our members have when conducting a balance transfer from one card to another
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of related Design experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lie with
- Must have worked with Digital Product/UX teams
- Work to craft the Test Plan, Moderate or Oversee the Research Sessions,
- Analyze and Synthesize the data
- Share the Insights with Key Stakeholders
- Coach the design team through the process but take lead in the work.
