- We are looking for a design research team member who leverages qualitative and quantitative research methods to help teams gain a deep understanding of consumer attitudes, needs, and motivations to guide the development of innovative products for our small business customers.

Duties include: -
- Working with cross functional partners in product and marketing to determine requirements and learning plans/hypotheses.
- Recruiting the right customer panels (via vendors and internal services).
- Moderating studies, reviewing and advising team research and learning plans.
- Synthesizing insights and sharing actionable learnings to teams.
- Advising on best practices and using research the right way to answer.
Skills:
- Ability to run both generative and evaluative research and producing meaningful insights (quality over quantity)
- Have deep knowledge of different research methodologies to get answers quickly about the customer
- Great communicator and partner
