Role - Warehouse Associate 1st Shift - Aurora, IL
Position: 12 month (Right To Hire)
Locations: - Aurora, IL
Pay rate $18.00 to $20.00 an hour on w2
Description
We have all 3 shifts available
** MUST HAVE 6 MONTHS OF STANDUP FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE**
We are training on 1st and 2nd but long term positions will be for 2nd and 3rd shift
Temp employees must come in with safety shoes on day 1
Forklift Operator
Operator will be required to drive a Stand up Forklift similar to Raymond or Crown, operate a Cherry Picker, Turret, Hand Jack and other equipment as required to provide the support help needed to run their department in the most efficient and economical manner.
Will be required to, but not limited to, transporting, storing, retrieving, identifying, sorting, stacking, auditing, locating parts and supplies.
Accurately and efficiently put-away or pick material
Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
Participate in team/safety meetings.
Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of the facility through the 5s methodology.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Ability to operate a computers and scanners.
Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate well within all levels of the organization.
Capable of handling multiple task at once.
Demonstrate ability to adjust to sudden changes in operational goals/demands.
Detailed/results oriented.
1-2 years experience in warehouse.
Working knowledge of SAP
Ability to read, comprehend and carry out simple instructions from oral or written communications.
Stand up for 8+
Bending, pushing, and lifting >30 pounds
Available working in cold and hot environment
