Web Analyst at ICONMA

Department: Digital Experience

Engagement Description:

We are looking for an experienced digital metrics analyst to join our Web Metrics team.

As a key member of our team, your data analysis skills will help us create more useful and enjoyable digital experiences for our members.

In this role, you will:

- Efficiently gather, assemble, and synthesize web metrics data using our platform tools

- Translate findings into insights that can drive understanding of how people our using our digital properties

- Work with business stakeholders to define their needs for insights driven by web metrics, and help them develop meaningful key performance metrics (KPIs)

- Help ensure that performance metrics are considered in the design phase of projects and properly implemented in the development phase

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

- Data Analysis: Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to derive insights on digital user behaviors

- Communications: Proven ability to translate data and insights into clear and simple dashboards, reports, and other artifacts

- Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics, or an equivalent tool

Required Skills/Experience   

- Three years' experience in a similar position where you were responsible for synthesizing data to develop actionable insights

- One to three years' experience using a web metrics platform, such as Adobe Analytics or an equivalent

- Strong written and verbal communications skills required; experience with MS office products, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint strongly preferred

- Demonstrated understanding of web usability and user experience fundamentals

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Knowledge and experience with campaign tracking methods and tools (e.g. Google Ad Words) preferred

- Basic knowledge of HTML and web development methodology

- Experience working in an Agile development team

 

Education/Certifications:

- Degree in a relevant field (computer science, data science, statistics, etc)

- Training/certification in an Analytics platform such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred
