2 rounds- very technical interviews deep-diving into the candidate's experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years as a software engineer and/or architect including experience leading development teams
- Extensive hands-on experience developing cross-platform apps using Xamarin and Azure
- Advanced knowledge of MVVM, C#, and mobile best practices
- Experience with service-oriented architectures & developing and consuming RESTful web services
- Proficient with relational database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle
- Working knowledge of NoSQL databases
- Knowledgeable of Authorization and Authentication best practices
- Proven ability to apply modern software design patterns
- Experienced within the full software development lifecycle in an agile working environment
- Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices and configuration
- Proven experience writing high quality object-oriented code
- Proven team leadership abilities
- Proficient in the art of Git source control or similar
- Worked with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, or similar
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent presentation skills
- Ability to effectively work both autonomously as well as on a team
- Expertise in navigating the complex relationship that is partnering with a client to ensure they meet their goals as a consultant
Any candidates must be sharp with Xamarin experience with several projects/years of experience.
Communication skills must be excellent since they are customer-facing as well.
