Telemetry / 13 Week Hospital Contract - Night Shift
- Guaranteed shifts working 3, 12-hour shifts per week at Bethesda North Hospital or Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati.
- We serve TriHealth providing them supplemental RN staff.
- Provides care and education to patients and their caregivers.
- Excellent rate of pay: $3,600 gross per week working 36 hours.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Currently licensed to practice in any state.
- One year of RN nursing experience is required.
- One year of Telemetry experience
In addition to your base pay, once you have worked six of the 13-week assignment you qualify for an additional bonus. - Work in a great hospital as a Nurse Manager in PCU/Tele/Stepdown within the El Paso, TX area
- Manage the care of patients with temporary pacemakers
- Encourage communication and collaboration in an environment that is engaging and rewarding for health care professionals, as well the patients on unit
- Use knowledge and practices in accordance with 1) the Nurse Practice Act; 2) Standards of Nursing Practice; 3) Standards of Patient Care)
- Incorporate knowledge of patient's age specific development and cultural diversity into the plan of care
- Promote adaptive responses of patient/family to achieve the highest level of patient care, promote safety, and maximize patient satisfaction
- Revise the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions
- Comply with personnel policies . e. Attendance, ID badge, Dress Code
- Identify the cardiac patient at risk for complications and provide appropriate interventions
- Assist the clinical leader in interviewing and selection of team members, and provide input into competencies and evaluation of team members
- Maintain a professional and safe work environment
