Description
- Manage Dermatology AI product internal trial operations.
- End-to-end operational oversight of all phases of the internal trial, including supervision of participants, monitor and gather feedback, report and update progress status to leadership.
- Manage Post-Market-Monitoring / De-Identification (PMM/DeId) labeling operations.
- Manage medical image labeling (grading) operations during the Post-Market-Monitoring phase of the Derm AI product, this entails monitoring graders submission, tracking labeling progress, invoicing graders' work.
- Manage medical image labeling (grading) operations for De-Identification, this entails monitoring the de-identified results submitted by graders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the technical implementation plan of record, providing regular written and verbal updates to senior leadership cross-functionally.
- Identify gaps or dependencies in the technical project plan and work proactively to resolve them.
- Document, add to, and maintain our team's best practices across all phases of technical implementation.
Work experience
- 5+ years' experience in project management role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong quantitative ability and the ability to define important metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Expo sure to PHI/PII operations.
Education
- B.S. or B.A
