Call for bids: Graphic Design Contract
About this role:
PeaceJam is the only global youth organization led by 14 Nobel Peace Laureates dedicated to growing and supporting a generation of future Nobel Peace Laureates who believe peace is possible - and know how to get it done.
We are seeking a graphic designer to support 3 high priority projects in the first half of 2022. This call for bids allows you to tell us what you would charge for this work. See submission guidelines below.
Contract Deliverables:
Marketing Assets for 25th Anniversary Webinar Event (held in late March 2022):
_ Event poster_
_ Min. 2 unique advertising graphics for social media_
_ Banner image for Facebook and Zoom event pages_
_ Sponsorship one-pager (see example)_
- Marketing Assets for Youth Leadership Conference (to be held in late April 2022):
_ Two-page marketing flyer (see example)_
_ Event Poster_
_ Min. 4 unique advertising graphics for social media [both post and story_
versions]:
_ One for full weekend of events_
_ One for Friday public talk only_
_ One for Saturday conference only_
_ One for Sunday community service event_
_ Sponsorship one-pager (see example)_
- Two (2) fully executed reports due by May 31:
PeaceJam Major Donor report - due Feb 28 (sample provided upon request)
- PeaceJam Foundation's annual report- due May 31 (see example)
Note: copy (text) for all assets and reports will be provided by Foundation staff at least 2 weeks prior to report deadlines and 1 week prior to marketing asset deadline.
